"AVOID THIS DUDE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Jay was my auto and home insurance agent for over 3 years and had no problems until recently. I added my soon to be wife to my insurance plan and noticed under the new policy that we were being charged a premium for an accident that never occurred. Jay provided us with a claim number, supposedly from Geico, and when we contacted Geico they informed us that the number was fake. We then tried for 2 weeks to get in contact with Jay to investigate and he dodged all our calls and messages. Switched agents, and found out that someone at State Farm listed an accident under my wife’s name that occurred with her vehicle prior to her owning. Bottom line, do not trust Jay. He’s very unreliable and untrustworthy."
